My Fee Structure

I believe it’s important that you know my fees upfront, so there are no surprises.

• My flat fee for handling a DUI case is $1,500. This covers all work on your case through negotiations, motions, hearings, the administrative license hearing, and applying for diversion if you are eligible.
• If your case proceeds to trial, there will be an additional flat fee of $3,000, which I will discuss with you at that stage.
• While I do not offer payment plans directly, you may use Affirm financing (a “Buy Now, Pay Later” service) to spread out the cost of representation.
